There are so many books/series that I see people reading, which is amazing, good for you, but books that I’m not planning on reading in the near future. Now keep in mind that I might pick these up once, I’m just not going to do it right now.
These are really popular and loved books so keep in mind that I’m not trying to offend you, for one reason or another these books don’t appeal to me but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t read them too.

Well, that was long! It’s stupid that we still have to say these things because there are still people that get offended by it which I don’t understand but whatever.

Let’s start!

The very first one is gonna have to be:

Yup! Now, let me get into why I’m not going to be reading it.
One simple reason: because it’s sad! I don’t like sad books! I don’t wanna cry, I don’t wanna be depressed so I’m not going to pick this book up, sorry, but I’m trying to avoid sad books.

Ya’ll are gonna hate me for this but I could care less about this trilogy, I did read the first book and gave it like four stars, so I did enjoy it but I’m not planning on reading these.
I missed the ”era” when these were popular (they still are) I’ve been spoiled like hell, I literally know every single detail so I won’t be reading them and I’m cool with that.

OMG! These books are so freaking popular and loved! I feel like I’m gonna get so much hate for these but I DON’T LIKE SCI-FI! At all! I love sci-fi movies, but I don’t think I’ve ever read a sci-fi book.
I did try, don’t get me wrong, but I can never get into them, but out of all of these books, The Lunar Chronicles are possible the ones I would MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE pick up, but as of right now I’m not planning to.

I’m just gonna put SJM here because I’m never planning on reading any of her books, I haven’t heard the best of things about her as a person and yeah some people are able to like differentiate an author from their works but that’s not me. I’m not going to support someone I don’t like and I wouldn’t be interested in her books anyway, I read like the first two Throne of Glass books and they were fine I guess but not something I’d DIE to continue with so it’s a hard pass.

Another loved one! To be honest I DNF’d the first book, couldn’t get into it at all, found it boring and just not exciting at all so I definitely think that I won’t be reading this trilogy or series or whatever it is.

Same with this one, don’t care about it at all, I’ve heard mixed reviews and usually when that happens I read the book for myself and decide if it’s cool or nah but not in this case.
I read the synopsis and it sounded like every other dystopian ever, I believe that at some point I read like a couple pages and wasn’t into it.

Do I need to explain los reasons?

I did watch the movies and I loved them, not gonna lie but probably because there’s Dylan O’brien in there but I don’t really care about the books at all.

So I suppose that would be all, again I’m not trying to offend you, you can read and adore these books, these are my opinions, we’re all different and like different things.

Okay, I’m out. Bye gays and lesbians and everything in-between.

Spread some love
