If you see anyone complaining about August being a bad reading month…that ain’t gonna be me.
August was such a good reading month I read like 13 books, granted there were a couple of graphic novels as well, but mostly books.
If you click on the image, it’ll take you to my review or if there isn’t one (yet) then to Goodreads.

Let’s get down to the goodness!

Reading these books has not only taught me so much about the British monarchs but made me enjoy historical fiction so much more! I mean Philippa Gregory is now one of my favorite authors ever.
Her books are absolutely amazing, historically correct and just enjoyable altogether.
I’d highly recommend them for anyone who would like to know more about the British monarchs.

Continuing on with this great of a series.
By now it’s like my guilty pleasure, because I just know that these books are literally trash, with the worst dialogues and writing ever but I still keep reading them because I came to like the characters.

OMG! This book! I loved it so so much! I would actually reread it even though I know now all the twists! It’s just that good.
I did write a review (though a shitty one, SO DON’T READ IT) if you’d like to check it out.

This had so much potential to be good! It was boring though, not many things happened, which I guess is kind of understandable, but that’s not why I gave it two stars, it’s because when I found out why she was actually silent, well…it was stupid.
And the whole ending overall.

Can Shaun David HUtchinson do bad?? NO! He can’t!

Feel free to read my shitty review.

This was such a lame book! I’m so sorry but I didn’t like it whatsoever. It was boring, not many things were happening and just a bad book in general with idiotic characters.

This book! It doesn’t have the best of the best reviews on goodreads so I went into this with not that high expectations and OH MY ACTUAL LIVING GOD! It turned out to be one of my favorite books on this entire frigging planet! The friendship in this book ruined me in the best way possible…seriously only Shaun David Hutchinson is able to create characters like this.

This was such a delicious little thriller! I loved every line of it! Our main character wasn’t as annoying as protagonists are usually in thrillers, she was actually clever and brave, so it was cool. And don’t let me get started on that ending! I never saw it coming! I actually gasped!

And then I made the stupidest decision known to human kind: I read the author’d debut book and oh boy, was this a bad book.

The characters were literally so obnoxious and annoying that I wanted them to die. And I’m a hufflepuff.

But then I turned to an author I knew I’d love, my actual king, Shaun David Hutchinson himself. As expected, this book ruined my entire soul, I did write a review, in which I’m just rambling, really, really, REALLY hoping that I can make people read this book and suffer with me. Read my review HERE.

Before I read this book, I did try reading a couple of books and they didn’t work out so me being me, I tried reading from this author again, and it worked out, I loved it.

Okay, that’s all the books I read in August, there were some I loved, that turned out to be my favorites, there were disappointing ones too, which is okay, I guess.

K, bye gays and lesbians and everyone in-between.

Spread some love
